📌 Key Responsibilities

• Develop and optimise food product formulations for new product development and existing product improvement projects
• Conduct scale-up trials from lab to pilot to full production scale and document process parameters
• Evaluate shelf life of new and reformulated products through accelerated and real-time stability studies
• Ensure FSSAI label compliance for all product declarations including nutritional information and ingredient lists
• Monitor and optimise critical process parameters such as temperature, moisture, pH, and Brix during production
• Manage sensory evaluation panels for new product approvals and competitor benchmarking
• Prepare food safety documentation including hazard assessments, formulation records, and specification sheets
