📌 Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all aspects of hotel operations including rooms, F&B, sales, revenue, finance, HR, and engineering.
• Develop and execute the hotel's annual business plan, revenue targets, cost budgets, and capital investment strategy.
• Build and maintain relationships with hotel owners, management companies, and corporate principals.
• Drive guest satisfaction, brand reputation, and online review scores across all platforms and guest touchpoints.
• Lead, mentor, and develop department heads and senior management teams across all hotel functions.
• Represent the hotel in the local business community, industry associations, and media as the property's public face.
• Oversee risk management, crisis response, legal compliance, and fire and life safety governance for the hotel.

🎓 Qualifications and Requirements

• Hotel Management degree (BHM/BHMCT) from an IHM-affiliated or internationally recognised hotel school.
• 15 to 25 years of progressive hotel management experience with at least 5 years as Hotel Manager, EAM, or GM.
• Proven P&L management experience for a full-service hotel property with demonstrated revenue and profit results.
• Strong ownership relations and stakeholder management skills for independent or management contract hotel operations.
• Comprehensive knowledge of all hotel departments including rooms, F&B, sales, revenue, and support functions.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and strategic thinking skills for senior hotel management.
• CHA (Certified Hotel Administrator) or equivalent general management certification is a strong advantage.
• Good Tamil and English communication skills for team coordination and client interaction in Coimbatore.
