📌 Key Responsibilities

• Lead operations across multiple jewellery showrooms covering P and L, staff, customer experience, and compliance
• Set and review branch-level sales targets and hold branch managers accountable for performance
• Oversee gold stock security governance including audit standards, vault compliance, and loss prevention
• Develop and implement the chain's customer experience strategy to drive loyalty and repeat business
• Lead senior showroom team development including branch manager coaching and succession planning
• Drive regulatory compliance across all showrooms covering BIS hallmarking, GST, and labour laws
• Evaluate and plan new showroom expansion including location selection, setup, and launch management

🎓 Qualifications and Requirements

• MBA from a recognised institution or Graduate with equivalent leadership experience
• Ten to twenty years of jewellery retail or premium retail experience with at least five years in multi-store leadership
• Demonstrated track record of managing multi-showroom P and L and leading large jewellery retail teams
• Deep knowledge of jewellery retail operations including gold procurement, hallmarking, security, and customer service
• Experience in new showroom setup, pre-opening management, and post-launch performance ramp-up
• Strong regulatory knowledge covering BIS hallmarking, GST on jewellery, and shops establishment requirements
• Excellent stakeholder management skills for engaging promoters, vendors, and senior government or regulatory contacts
• Good Tamil and English communication skills for team coordination and client interaction in Coimbatore.

Graduate or 12th pass for retail sales and customer service roles; BHM or Diploma in Retail Management for showroom operations; GIA Graduate Gemologist or GIA Diamonds certificate for diamond grading roles; Hallmarking awareness and BIS guidelines for quality and assurance roles; Tally for accounts roles in jewellery business; ITI Goldsmithing trade certificate for karigar/goldsmith roles; knowledge of 22-karat, 18-karat, and 916 hallmark standards for all floor staff; familiarity with TN VAT, GST on gold, and making charges for billing roles
