📌 Key Responsibilities

• Acquire and manage corporate accounts for group life, group health, and group accident insurance policies
• Build and maintain relationships with HR managers, CFOs, and procurement heads of corporate clients
• Prepare group insurance proposals, pricing sheets, and benefit design options for corporate RFPs
• Coordinate with underwriting team for risk assessment and competitive pricing of group proposals
• Manage renewal of existing corporate accounts and negotiate terms for policy continuity
• Handle group claim coordination for hospitalization, death, and disability claims of corporate employees
• Achieve monthly and quarterly group premium targets across assigned corporate territory in Coimbatore

🎓 Qualifications and Requirements

• MBA or any graduate with 5-10 years of corporate/group insurance sales experience
• Deep knowledge of group life, group health, and GTLA (Group Term Life Assurance) products
• Experience dealing with HR, Finance, and procurement decision-makers at corporate accounts
• Ability to prepare and present group insurance proposals and cost-benefit analysis to corporate clients
• Valid IRDAI license for relevant insurance category
• Strong negotiation and relationship management skills for large account retention
• Knowledge of IRDAI group insurance guidelines and corporate health policy design
• Good Tamil and English communication skills for team coordination and client interaction in Coimbatore.
