📌 Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for VIP guests, long-stay guests, and repeat visitors throughout their stay.
• Prepare personalised welcome notes, amenity setups, and room preferences for arriving VIP and loyalty guests.
• Conduct pre-arrival calls and emails to gather guest preferences, special requests, and occasion details.
• Escort VIP guests to their rooms, explain hotel facilities, and ensure a seamless arrival experience.
• Handle guest complaints with empathy, offer service recovery solutions, and follow up to confirm guest satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate guest history profiles in the property management system for personalised future stays.
• Coordinate with housekeeping, F&B, and front office to fulfil special guest requests and room amenities.

🎓 Qualifications and Requirements

• Hotel Management degree from an IHM-affiliated or recognised hotel management institute.
• 1 to 4 years of experience in guest relations, front office, or concierge roles in a private hotel.
• Excellent English communication skills with a warm, professional, and proactive guest service approach.
• Knowledge of hotel loyalty programmes, guest history systems, and service recovery procedures.
• Well-groomed appearance and confident interpersonal skills for interacting with high-profile and international guests.
• Proficiency in hotel PMS software such as Opera for guest profile and reservation management.
• Ability to handle difficult guest situations with composure and coordinate solutions across departments.
• Good Tamil and English communication skills for team coordination and client interaction in Coimbatore.
