🎓 Qualifications and Requirements
- M.Sc. or Ph.D. in Computer Science with 10 to 20 years of progressive engineering leadership experience
- Demonstrated track record of building and scaling AI engineering teams in product companies
- Deep technical credibility in ML systems, AI platform, or applied research at senior level
- Experience partnering with product, research, and commercial leaders to deliver AI-powered products
- Strong hiring and people development skills with experience building high-performing engineering cultures
- Excellent communication and executive presence for company leadership and board-level discussions
- Experience managing engineering budgets, vendor relationships, and external partnerships
- Good Tamil and English communication skills for team coordination and client interaction in Coimbatore.
