📌 Key Responsibilities

• Own the P&L of the agency's digital marketing division, setting revenue targets, managing cost structures, and driving profitability across the client portfolio
• Define the agency's overall digital strategy, service roadmap, and competitive positioning in Coimbatore's digital marketing marketplace
• Lead new business development including pitching to enterprise-level prospects, developing proposals, and converting high-value mandates
• Build, mentor, and retain senior digital marketing talent across all functions including SEO, paid media, content, creative, and technology
• Act as the most senior digital marketing authority for flagship client accounts, attending C-suite reviews and providing executive-level strategic counsel
• Identify and invest in new digital service capabilities, technology platforms, and talent that position the agency for future growth
• Represent the agency at industry events, speaking engagements, and digital marketing forums to build brand authority and business development opportunities

🎓 Qualifications and Requirements

• 8 to 15 years of progressive digital marketing career growth with at least 4 to 5 years in a senior management or director-level agency role
• Demonstrated track record of owning agency P&L or a significant business unit with revenue responsibility exceeding Rs.5 crore annually
• Comprehensive expertise across all digital marketing disciplines enabling credible strategic leadership across SEO, paid media, content, creative, and technology functions
• Proven ability to lead, develop, and retain senior talent and build a strong team culture in a competitive agency environment
• Senior client relationship management experience with C-suite stakeholders at enterprise-scale brands in e-commerce, FMCG, healthcare, or financial services
• Track record of driving new business growth through pitches, thought leadership, and referral networks within Coimbatore's business community
• MBA from a reputed institution is preferred; extensive digital industry track record and demonstrable business impact are the primary evaluation criteria
• Good Tamil and English communication skills for team coordination and client interaction in Coimbatore.
