📌 Key Responsibilities

• Define and own the company's overall growth strategy across acquisition, activation, retention, and revenue expansion levers
• Lead the performance marketing, SEO, influencer, affiliate, and CRM teams to deliver integrated GMV growth across all channels
• Set and track growth KPIs including CAC, LTV, ROAS, repeat purchase rate, and monthly cohort retention for leadership reporting
• Build and optimize the full customer acquisition funnel from top-of-funnel brand awareness through conversion and post-purchase loyalty
• Manage the total digital marketing budget and allocate spend across channels based on attribution data and marginal ROAS
• Drive growth experiments and establish a continuous A/B testing culture across landing pages, campaign creatives, and lifecycle messaging
• Recruit, mentor, and develop the growth team and create a high-performance, data-driven culture across growth functions

🎓 Qualifications and Requirements

• MBA from a premier institution or B.E./B.Tech with demonstrated e-commerce growth leadership experience
• 8 - 15 Years of experience in e-commerce, D2C growth, or digital marketing with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role
• Proven track record of owning and growing GMV at a D2C brand, marketplace seller, or e-commerce platform
• Deep expertise in paid acquisition, lifecycle marketing, SEO, and retention strategy across e-commerce channels
• Strong analytical capability with proficiency in attribution tools, SQL, and executive-level business reporting
• Experience managing and developing cross-functional growth teams of 10 or more across marketing and analytics functions
• Strong stakeholder management skills for working with the CEO, product, technology, and operations leadership teams
• Good Tamil and English communication skills for team coordination and client interaction in Coimbatore.
