📌 Key Responsibilities

• Lead the equity research team, setting coverage priorities, research quality standards, and publication schedule
• Drive institutional and retail research strategy aligned to broking and advisory business goals
• Provide macro and sector allocation views to support dealing, advisory, and wealth management teams
• Build and manage relationships with institutional investors who consume research output
• Ensure all research complies with SEBI Research Analyst regulations and internal editorial standards
• Hire, mentor, and develop junior and mid-level research analysts to build team capability
• Present research views at client events, management meetings, and industry forums

🎓 Qualifications and Requirements

• MBA Finance, CA, or CFA charterholder with strong equity research pedigree
• Minimum eight years of equity research experience with at least three years in a research management or senior analyst role
• NISM Series XV (Research Analyst) certification mandatory for SEBI-registered roles
• Demonstrated track record of accurate and actionable research across multiple market cycles
• Excellent writing, presentation, and communication skills for client and institutional interaction
• Experience managing research teams and coordinating cross-functional publishing workflows
• Strong network in the institutional investor and asset management community preferred
• Good Tamil and English communication skills for team coordination and client interaction in Coimbatore.
