📌 Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for frontline banking roles including tellers, relationship managers, and operations staff.
• Coordinate onboarding activities for new joiners including document collection, background verification, and induction scheduling.
• Process monthly payroll inputs and liaise with payroll teams for salary disbursement and compliance.
• Handle employee queries related to HR policies, leave management, benefits, and attendance.
• Support performance appraisal cycles and maintain appraisal records in the HRIS system.
• Ensure compliance with banking sector labour law requirements including PF, ESI, and gratuity regulations.
• Coordinate training programs for branch staff including product knowledge, compliance, and soft skills sessions.

🎓 Qualifications and Requirements

• MBA in HR or Graduate in any discipline with banking HR experience.
• One to four years of experience in HR operations at a bank or financial services company.
• Familiarity with banking sector recruitment, including assessment processes for frontline and specialist roles.
• Knowledge of payroll processing, statutory compliance including PF and ESI, and HRIS tools.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills for employee relations and stakeholder management.
• Understanding of banking training requirements including JAIIB, CAIIB, and regulatory certification tracking.
• Proficiency in MS Office and HR management system tools.
• Good Tamil and English communication skills for team coordination and client interaction in Coimbatore.
