📋 Job Description

📌 Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for store-level and supervisory positions across assigned stores
• Process monthly payroll including attendance, overtime, and statutory deductions
• Coordinate new employee onboarding, induction programmes, and document collection
• Ensure compliance with labour laws including PF, ESI, gratuity, and minimum wage regulations
• Handle employee grievances and disciplinary matters in line with store HR policy
• Coordinate store training calendars including product knowledge, customer service, and safety training
• Prepare and submit HR MIS reports including headcount, attrition, and recruitment status to the regional HR team

🎓 Qualifications and Requirements

• MBA in Human Resources or Graduate in any discipline with HR specialisation or experience
• One to four years of HR experience preferably in a retail, FMCG, or large workforce environment
• Proficiency in payroll processing software and attendance management systems
• Knowledge of labour laws applicable to retail including PF, ESI, shops and establishments act
• Strong interpersonal skills for employee grievance resolution and engagement activities
• Experience managing high-volume recruitment for frontline retail roles is preferred
• Proficiency in MS Excel for HR MIS and payroll data management
• Good Tamil and English communication skills for team coordination and client interaction in Coimbatore.
