📌 Key Responsibilities

• Identify, evaluate, and onboard influencers and content creators across Instagram, YouTube, and other platforms for D2C brand product campaigns
• Negotiate collaboration terms, deliverables, and compensation for sponsored posts, reels, and unboxing campaigns
• Manage the affiliate program by recruiting affiliate partners, setting commission structures, and tracking affiliate-attributed GMV
• Track influencer post performance and affiliate link conversions and compile detailed campaign attribution reports
• Build long-term relationships with top-performing creator partners for priority access during brand launch campaigns
• Coordinate with the design and product team to brief influencers on campaign themes, brand guidelines, and product USPs
• Analyze ROI across influencer and affiliate channels and reallocate budget toward the highest GMV-per-spend channels

🎓 Qualifications and Requirements

• Graduate or MBA degree from a recognized institution
• 2 - 6 Years of experience in influencer marketing, affiliate program management, or D2C brand growth roles
• Established network of content creators and influencer contacts in fashion, lifestyle, beauty, or electronics niches
• Experience managing affiliate programs including platform setup, commission management, and partner reporting
• Strong analytical skills to evaluate campaign ROI and GMV attribution across influencer and affiliate channels
• Good negotiation skills for creator contracts, exclusivity terms, and performance-based payment structures
• Familiarity with influencer marketing platforms, affiliate tracking tools, and GMV attribution methodologies
• Good Tamil and English communication skills for team coordination and client interaction in Coimbatore.
