📌 Key Responsibilities

• Design and deliver training programs for insurance agents, sales officers, and branch operations staff
• Develop product training content for new product launches aligned with IRDAI-approved materials
• Conduct induction training for new joiners on insurance products, regulatory requirements, and selling skills
• Facilitate IRDAI mandatory training for agent licensing renewal and continuing education hours
• Manage the Learning Management System (LMS) for tracking training completion and assessments
• Identify skill gaps through field observation and performance data analysis
• Prepare training MIS including attendance, assessment scores, and training effectiveness metrics

🎓 Qualifications and Requirements

• MBA or any graduate with 6-11 years of insurance training and facilitation experience
• Deep knowledge of life, health, or general insurance products and IRDAI training regulations
• Strong facilitation, communication, and instructional design skills
• Experience designing e-learning content and managing LMS platforms
• IRDAI-recognized training credentials preferred
• Ability to train field sales teams, operations staff, and senior management
• Willingness to travel to branch locations across Tamil Nadu for training delivery
• Good Tamil and English communication skills for team coordination and client interaction in Coimbatore.
