📌 Key Responsibilities

• Process goods received notes (GRN) for all incoming stock deliveries and update inventory records
• Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly cycle counts for assigned store sections
• Investigate and report inventory variances and discrepancies to the store accountant and manager
• Raise timely replenishment requests for fast-moving items to prevent out-of-stock situations
• Maintain accurate records of damaged, expired, and dead stock for write-off processing
• Coordinate with vendors and logistics teams for scheduled delivery slots and documentation
• Generate inventory reports using ERP or WMS software for management review

🎓 Qualifications and Requirements

• Graduate in Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field
• Proficiency in ERP software such as SAP Retail, Oracle Retail, or any WMS platform
• Zero to three years of inventory management experience in a retail or warehouse environment
• Strong numerical accuracy for stock count reconciliation and variance reporting
• Knowledge of FIFO and FEFO inventory management principles
• Ability to work under time pressure during peak delivery and audit periods
• Tally ERP knowledge is an advantage for candidates from commerce backgrounds
• Good Tamil and English communication skills for team coordination and client interaction in Coimbatore.
