• Process folio creation, SIP registration, and redemption requests accurately within TAT
• Verify KYC documents and escalate discrepancies to compliance team
• Generate account statements, portfolio valuations, and NAV confirmations for investors
• Coordinate with R and T agents for transaction processing and status updates
• Maintain accurate records of investor interactions in the CRM system
• Support branch walk-in investors with scheme information and transaction guidance

🎓 Qualifications and Requirements

• What is the difference between SIP and lump sum investment in a mutual fund?
• How do you process a redemption request and what documents are required?
• What is an NISM V-A certification and why is it required for this role?
• Explain the KYC process for a new mutual fund investor.
