📌 Key Responsibilities

• Provide first and second-level IT support to branch staff and operations teams for core banking system issues.
• Troubleshoot network connectivity, hardware failures, and software application errors at branch and back-office locations.
• Support ATM operations including switch monitoring, cash reconciliation support, and fault resolution coordination.
• Coordinate with CBS vendors and third-party technology providers for issue escalation and resolution tracking.
• Maintain IT asset inventory and ensure all branch hardware and software are updated and patched regularly.
• Monitor network uptime and performance at assigned bank locations and escalate critical outages to the IT infrastructure team.
• Ensure compliance with bank's IT security policies including access management, password policies, and data backup procedures.

🎓 Qualifications and Requirements

• B.Tech in Computer Science, IT or Electronics, or BCA from a recognised institution.
• One to four years of experience in IT support within a bank or financial institution.
• Hands-on experience supporting core banking systems such as Finacle, Flex Cube, or similar platforms.
• Knowledge of LAN/WAN networking, Windows server administration, and basic database troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with ATM switch operations and banking channel applications is an advantage.
• Good communication skills to interface with branch staff and explain IT solutions in non-technical terms.
• Understanding of IT security compliance frameworks applicable to banking environments.
• Good Tamil and English communication skills for team coordination and client interaction in Coimbatore.
