📌 Key Responsibilities

• Design and set up jewellery showcase displays, window arrangements, and in-store VM layouts for all categories
• Arrange gold, diamond, and silver jewellery trays and showcases to maximise visual appeal and sales conversion
• Coordinate with the lighting team to ensure showcases and display zones are optimally lit for jewellery presentation
• Plan and execute seasonal and festive display changes aligned to the showroom marketing calendar
• Maintain brand display standards and ensure consistency across all showcase and wall display areas
• Support new collection and design launches with dedicated display setups and highlight zones
• Clean and maintain all display areas, signage boards, and product stands daily

🎓 Qualifications and Requirements

• Graduate in any discipline or Diploma in Visual Merchandising, Fashion, or Retail Management
• Zero to three years of visual merchandising experience in a jewellery, fashion, or premium retail environment
• Strong aesthetic sense with an eye for colour coordination, symmetry, and jewellery presentation
• Familiarity with jewellery display standards including tray arrangement and showcase lighting
• Basic knowledge of design tools or willingness to use in-house VM templates
• Ability to work on display setups during early morning hours before showroom opening
• Attention to detail for maintaining consistent and premium display standards across the showroom
• Good Tamil and English communication skills for team coordination and client interaction in Coimbatore.

Graduate or 12th pass for retail sales and customer service roles; BHM or Diploma in Retail Management for showroom operations; GIA Graduate Gemologist or GIA Diamonds certificate for diamond grading roles; Hallmarking awareness and BIS guidelines for quality and assurance roles; Tally for accounts roles in jewellery business; ITI Goldsmithing trade certificate for karigar/goldsmith roles; knowledge of 22-karat, 18-karat, and 916 hallmark standards for all floor staff; familiarity with TN VAT, GST on gold, and making charges for billing roles
