📌 Key Responsibilities

• Assist customers in selecting gold, diamond, silver, and platinum jewellery based on their requirements and budget
• Demonstrate jewellery products and explain making charges, purity standards, and pricing to customers
• Achieve daily and monthly individual sales targets set by the showroom manager
• Handle jewellery showcase displays and ensure products are clean, arranged, and well-presented
• Communicate active offers, exchange schemes, and EMI options available on jewellery purchases
• Maintain customer purchase records and follow up on pending orders and advance bookings
• Support cashier and billing team during high-footfall periods and festive seasons

🎓 Qualifications and Requirements

• 12th pass or graduate in any discipline from a recognised board or university
• Good communication skills in Tamil with basic conversational English for customer interaction
• Pleasant and professional appearance suited to a jewellery retail environment
• Basic understanding of gold purity standards including 22-karat, 18-karat, and 916 hallmark
• Willingness to work extended hours during festive seasons and weekend peak periods
• Ability to stand and assist customers at counters for extended durations during shift
• Freshers with strong interpersonal skills and interest in jewellery retail are eligible to apply
• Good Tamil and English communication skills for team coordination and client interaction in Coimbatore.
