📌 Key Responsibilities

• Verify KYC documents submitted by new clients as per SEBI and KRA guidelines
• Process demat and trading account opening forms and submit to exchanges
• Conduct In-Person Verification (IPV) for clients as per regulatory requirement
• Upload client KYC records to CKYC Registry and KRA portals
• Track pending account opening applications and follow up for missing documents
• Coordinate with compliance team for non-standard or NRI account openings
• Maintain digital records of all onboarding documents and approval logs

🎓 Qualifications and Requirements

• Graduate in any discipline with a preference for Commerce or Finance
• Familiarity with SEBI KYC norms and KRA registration procedures
• Knowledge of CKYC, Aadhar-based eKYC, and video IPV processes
• Proficiency in MS Office for document tracking and MIS reporting
• Good verbal and written communication for client coordination
• Accuracy and attention to regulatory compliance in document scrutiny
• Ability to handle high volumes of account opening requests during peak periods
• Good Tamil and English communication skills for team coordination and client interaction in Coimbatore.
