📌 Key Responsibilities

• Teach diploma-level Electrical and Electronics Engineering subjects including Basic Electrical Engineering, Electrical Machines, Power Systems, Control Systems, and Industrial Electronics
• Conduct lab sessions for Electrical Machines, Wiring and Installation, Electronics, and Measuring Instruments labs
• Prepare teaching notes, question banks, and internal assessment papers as per DOTE and SBTET EEE diploma syllabus
• Guide students in final-year diploma projects related to electrical systems, energy efficiency, or automation
• Maintain course files, attendance registers, and internal marks documentation as per DOTE norms
• Assist in practical examination conduct and evaluate student practical skills
• Participate in FDP and academic enrichment programmes for EEE diploma faculty

🎓 Qualifications and Requirements

• Diploma in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from a recognized institution with 2 years industry or teaching experience, or B.E./B.Tech. in EEE meeting DOTE lecturer eligibility
• 0 - 5 Years of polytechnic teaching or electrical industry experience
• Solid knowledge of core EEE diploma subjects: Electrical Machines, Power Systems, Basic Electronics, and Control Systems
• Practical proficiency in electrical wiring, installation, and measuring instruments lab
• Ability to use AutoCAD Electrical or similar tools for electrical diagram drawing is an advantage
• Good communication skills for classroom instruction in Tamil and English
• Willingness to attend FDP organized by DOTE and technical education bodies
• Good Tamil and English communication skills for team coordination and client interaction in Coimbatore.
