📌 Key Responsibilities

• Identify high-quality link building opportunities through competitor backlink analysis, broken link research, and resource page prospecting using Ahrefs or SEMrush
• Execute email outreach campaigns to website owners, editors, and bloggers to pitch guest posts, resource inclusions, and link exchange opportunities
• Write or coordinate guest blog content for external publication on relevant, authoritative websites to earn editorial backlinks for clients
• Monitor acquired backlinks monthly and flag any lost or disavowed links to the SEO Manager for action
• Track outreach campaign metrics including email open rates, response rates, acceptance rates, and live link counts in a CRM or spreadsheet
• Research HARO and similar digital PR platforms daily to identify relevant journalist queries and submit client expert responses
• Maintain a database of link prospects, outreach history, and contact relationships to enable efficient repeat outreach across campaigns

🎓 Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline with an understanding of SEO fundamentals and the role of backlinks in organic ranking
• Familiarity with link building outreach techniques including broken link building, skyscraper method, and resource page link building
• Experience using Ahrefs, SEMrush, or Moz for backlink research and competitor link gap analysis
• Proficiency in email outreach and the ability to write compelling, personalised pitch emails that achieve high response rates
• Excellent attention to detail for tracking outreach pipelines, logging contact status, and reporting link acquisition progress
• Basic writing skills to create or review guest post content submitted to external publishers on behalf of agency clients
• Familiarity with HARO, Qwoted, or similar digital PR platforms used for earning editorial media mentions is advantageous
• Good Tamil and English communication skills for team coordination and client interaction in Coimbatore.
