📌 Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement RAG pipelines integrating vector databases with large language model inference
• Fine-tune open-source LLMs using parameter-efficient techniques such as LoRA and QLoRA
• Engineer, evaluate, and iterate on prompt templates for accuracy, safety, and consistency
• Build LLM-powered application features including chatbots, document Q-and-A, and summarisation tools
• Integrate LLM APIs and local inference endpoints into backend product services
• Implement LLMOps workflows for model versioning, evaluation, and continuous improvement
• Evaluate LLM outputs for hallucination, factuality, relevance, and safety criteria

🎓 Qualifications and Requirements

• B.E. or M.Sc. in Computer Science with 1 to 5 years of LLM or GenAI engineering experience
• Hands-on experience building RAG pipelines using vector stores such as Pinecone, Weaviate, or FAISS
• Practical experience fine-tuning LLMs using LoRA, QLoRA, or instruction-tuning approaches
• Strong prompt engineering skills with chain-of-thought, few-shot, and structured output techniques
• Familiarity with LLM orchestration frameworks such as LangChain or LlamaIndex
• Understanding of LLM evaluation metrics and hallucination mitigation strategies
• Good Python software engineering practices and experience with REST API development
• Good Tamil and English communication skills for team coordination and client interaction in Coimbatore.
