📌 Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily shipment handover to courier partners and track pickup compliance for all outbound orders
- Monitor first attempt delivery success rates, SLA adherence, and TAT performance across courier partner accounts
- Manage non-delivery report follow-ups by coordinating with courier partners and customers to resolve address and contact issues
- Track and process return-to-origin shipments, inspect returned products, and update inventory and refund systems accordingly
- Escalate courier performance issues, lost shipments, and damage claims to senior logistics management with full documentation
- Prepare daily and weekly logistics MIS reports covering shipped, delivered, pending, and RTO volumes for management review
- Liaise with courier partner account managers to review monthly performance scorecards and negotiate service improvements
🎓 Qualifications and Requirements
- Graduate degree in Logistics, Commerce, or any stream from a recognized institution
- 0 - 3 Years of experience in logistics coordination, e-commerce fulfilment, or courier management roles
- Knowledge of courier partner operations, SLA metrics, and shipment tracking tools used in e-commerce logistics
- Familiarity with NDR management processes and the steps involved in resolving last-mile delivery failures
- Proficiency in Excel for logistics MIS preparation, shipment tracking, and performance reporting
- Good communication skills for coordinating with courier partner account managers and internal operations teams
- Ability to multitask across multiple courier partners and order volumes during peak sales periods
- Good Tamil and English communication skills for team coordination and client interaction in Coimbatore.
