📌 Key Responsibilities

• Monitor CCTV surveillance systems and identify suspicious customer and staff behaviour
• Conduct floor walks to detect and deter shoplifting and internal pilferage
• Manage Electronic Article Surveillance (EAS) systems including tag placement and deactivation
• Investigate shrinkage incidents and prepare detailed incident reports for management
• Coordinate with local law enforcement when required for shoplifting cases
• Conduct periodic audits of high-shrinkage product zones and recommend control measures
• Train floor staff on loss prevention awareness, tag compliance, and suspicious activity reporting

🎓 Qualifications and Requirements

• Graduate in any discipline from a recognised university
• One to four years of loss prevention or retail security experience
• Familiarity with CCTV systems, EAS technology, and retail shrinkage control methods
• Ability to handle shoplifting incidents calmly and professionally within legal limits
• Good observation skills and attention to detail for surveillance and investigation tasks
• Prior background in security services, law enforcement, or retail loss prevention is preferred
• Physical fitness and the ability to conduct extended floor surveillance walks
• Good Tamil and English communication skills for team coordination and client interaction in Coimbatore.
