📌 Key Responsibilities

• Design, train, and deploy production-grade machine learning models serving live product traffic
• Build end-to-end ML pipelines from data ingestion and feature engineering through to model serving
• Select appropriate model architectures and optimise hyperparameters for accuracy and latency
• Monitor deployed models for data drift, performance degradation, and concept drift
• Collaborate with product and data engineering teams to define ML-driven features and requirements
• Write well-tested, maintainable Python code and participate in code review cycles
• Contribute to internal ML platform improvements including tooling, libraries, and best practices

🎓 Qualifications and Requirements

• B.E. or M.Sc. in Computer Science with 2 to 5 years of ML engineering experience
• Proficiency in PyTorch or TensorFlow for model training and fine-tuning
• Demonstrated experience deploying ML models to production environments using APIs or batch pipelines
• Understanding of feature engineering, model evaluation, and A/B testing for ML systems
• Familiarity with Docker, MLflow, and experiment tracking tools
• Knowledge of distributed computing concepts and cloud ML services such as AWS SageMaker or GCP Vertex
• Strong communication skills for cross-functional collaboration with product and engineering teams
• Good Tamil and English communication skills for team coordination and client interaction in Coimbatore.
