📌 Key Responsibilities

• Compile and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports covering productivity, quality, attendance, and SLA performance data.
• Create and update Excel-based dashboards with pivot tables, charts, and automated formulas to track BPO operational metrics.
• Collect raw data from multiple sources including call logging systems, CRM platforms, and attendance tools for consolidated reporting.
• Validate data accuracy in reports by cross-checking figures against source systems before distributing to management teams.
• Automate repetitive reporting tasks using Excel macros or VBA scripts to improve report generation speed and accuracy.
• Provide ad-hoc analysis and data extracts to operations, HR, and client teams as per specific reporting requests.
• Maintain MIS report archives and version histories to ensure data traceability and auditability for management review.

🎓 Qualifications and Requirements

• Graduate degree in commerce, statistics, computer science, or any discipline with strong quantitative and analytical aptitude.
• Advanced MS Excel proficiency including VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, pivot tables, conditional formatting, and chart creation.
• Experience in preparing MIS reports for BPO operations including productivity dashboards, quality scorecards, and headcount trackers.
• Basic knowledge of VBA or Excel macro writing for automating repetitive data collection and report generation processes.
• Familiarity with call centre reporting tools, CRM data extraction, and workforce management software is an advantage.
• Strong attention to data accuracy with ability to validate large datasets and identify discrepancies before report distribution.
• Prior experience in BPO MIS, data analyst, or operations reporting roles of one to four years is required.
• Good Tamil and English communication skills for team coordination and client interaction in Coimbatore.
