📌 Key Responsibilities

• Register and process motor insurance claims reported by policyholders through branch, call centre, and online channels
• Coordinate with approved surveyors and loss assessors for damage assessment and repair estimates
• Authorize cashless repairs at network garages and monitor repair progress within TAT
• Verify repair bills, parts replaced, and survey reports before claim settlement
• Handle total loss claims including salvage valuation, RC transfer, and final settlement computation
• Communicate claim status updates to customers and manage escalations professionally
• Maintain claims MIS including outstanding, settled, and repudiated claims with loss ratios

🎓 Qualifications and Requirements

• Any graduate degree from a recognized university
• 1 - 4 Years of motor claims processing or insurance operations experience
• Knowledge of motor vehicle parts, repair costs, and cashless garage network operations
• Familiarity with IRDAI motor claims settlement guidelines and turnaround requirements
• Experience coordinating with IRDA-licensed surveyors and loss assessors
• Good customer service and conflict resolution skills for distressed claimants
• Proficiency in claims management systems and basic MS Office
• Good Tamil and English communication skills for team coordination and client interaction in Coimbatore.
