• Assist the nurse with wound dressing, catheter care, and IV line maintenance
• Administer medication reminders and ensure patient compliance with prescribed schedules
• Support patients with mobility exercises and physiotherapy instructions given by the nurse
• Maintain accurate patient care records and update the care coordinator daily
• Educate family caregivers on basic patient care techniques and hygiene protocols
• Report any deterioration in patient condition to the supervising nurse immediately
• Follow strict infection control and hand hygiene practices at every patient home

🎓 Qualifications and Requirements

• Do you hold an ANM certificate or a nursing assistance diploma?
• Have you worked in a home care or domiciliary nursing setting before?
• Are you comfortable performing catheter care and wound dressing under nurse supervision?
• Can you accurately measure and record vital signs and document them?
• Are you willing to visit multiple patient homes in Coimbatore across a single day?
• Do you have experience providing medication reminders and monitoring patient compliance?
• Can you communicate effectively with patient families to provide care guidance?
• Good Tamil and English communication skills for team coordination and client interaction in Coimbatore.
