📌 Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage a team of home care nurses, nursing assistants, and attendants across assigned Coimbatore zones
• Conduct regular quality audits of home visits including documentation review and patient feedback analysis
• Review and approve care plans for complex or high-dependency home patients
• Investigate clinical incidents, near-misses, and complaints and implement corrective action plans
• Mentor and appraise nursing staff on clinical competency and service quality standards
• Develop and update home nursing protocols, standard operating procedures, and clinical checklists
• Handle escalated patient or family complaints requiring senior clinical oversight
• Coordinate with the training manager on clinical skill gaps and refresher training requirements

🎓 Qualifications and Requirements

• Do you have at least five years of nursing experience with at least two years in a supervisory role?
• Have you conducted home visit quality audits and provided structured clinical feedback to nursing staff?
• Are you experienced in reviewing and approving care plans for high-dependency home patients?
• Have you managed clinical incidents and implemented corrective action plans?
• Can you mentor and appraise a team of nurses and nursing assistants on clinical performance?
• Have you developed or updated nursing protocols or standard operating procedures?
• Are you comfortable handling escalated family complaints and senior-level clinical escalations?
• Good Tamil and English communication skills for team coordination and client interaction in Coimbatore.

GNM or B.Sc.
