📌 Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end home healthcare operations across Coimbatore and assigned geographies including clinical, field, and support functions
• Own P and L accountability for the home care business unit and drive revenue, margin, and growth targets
• Build and manage workforce capacity plans aligned to patient volume forecasts and zone-level demand
• Oversee clinical quality standards, regulatory compliance, and patient safety across all home care operations
• Develop and manage vendor relationships for consumables, diagnostics, and technology platforms used in home care delivery
• Drive adoption of home care technology platforms including care management, geo-tracking, and patient communication tools
• Build strategic partnerships with hospitals, insurance companies, and corporate wellness programs for patient referral growth
• Lead, mentor, and develop the senior management team including nursing supervisors, training managers, and operations managers

🎓 Qualifications and Requirements

• Do you have at least ten years of experience in home healthcare or healthcare services operations leadership?
• Have you managed a P and L for a home care or healthcare service business unit?
• Can you build multi-city workforce capacity plans and manage large clinical and field teams?
• Do you have experience driving clinical quality, regulatory compliance, and patient safety at scale?
• Have you managed vendor relationships for medical consumables, diagnostics, and technology platforms?
• Can you build hospital, insurance, and corporate referral partnerships to drive home care business growth?
• Have you led digital transformation initiatives for home care operations including care management platforms?
• Good Tamil and English communication skills for team coordination and client interaction in Coimbatore.
