📌 Key Responsibilities
- Configure Oracle Fusion Cloud or Oracle E-Business Suite modules for client implementation projects
- Support financials or supply chain module setup including GL, AP, AR, fixed assets, and purchasing
- Prepare functional design documents and configuration workbooks for Oracle ERP implementations
- Conduct business process workshops and document AS-IS and TO-BE process flows
- Perform unit testing, integration testing, and support user acceptance testing
- Resolve production support issues related to Oracle ERP financial or supply chain transactions
- Prepare end-user training materials and deliver training to client finance and operations teams
- Coordinate with technical team for RICEW components and integration development
🎓 Qualifications and Requirements
- B.Com., B.E., or MBA with Oracle ERP domain background in Finance or Supply Chain
- Oracle Cloud ERP certification (Oracle Financials Cloud or Oracle Procurement Cloud) preferred
- Minimum 1 year of Oracle Fusion or Oracle EBS implementation or support experience
- Knowledge of Oracle Chart of Accounts design, ledger setup, and intercompany configuration
- Understanding of Oracle Purchasing, iProcurement, and Order Management for supply chain roles
- Ability to write functional specifications for reports, interfaces, conversions, and extensions
- Strong analytical and client-facing communication skills
- Good Tamil and English communication skills for team coordination and client interaction in Coimbatore.
