📌 Key Responsibilities

• Plan, set up, and manage Google Shopping, Search, and Performance Max campaigns to drive e-commerce revenue at target ROAS
• Run Meta Ads campaigns across Facebook and Instagram for D2C product promotion, retargeting, and catalog sales objectives
• Conduct keyword research, audience building, and bid strategy configuration for new campaign launches
• Monitor daily campaign performance including spend, CTR, CPC, ROAS, and conversion rate and make real-time optimization adjustments
• Run A/B tests on ad creatives, audience segments, landing pages, and bidding strategies to improve campaign efficiency
• Coordinate with the creative team to brief, review, and iterate on ad visuals and copy aligned with performance goals
• Prepare weekly campaign performance reports with spend versus revenue analysis and actionable optimization recommendations for management

🎓 Qualifications and Requirements

• Graduate degree in Marketing, Commerce, or any stream from a recognized institution
• 0 - 3 Years of experience in performance marketing, paid digital advertising, or e-commerce marketing
• Hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns including Shopping, Search, and Performance Max ad types
• Familiarity with Meta Ads Manager for catalog sales, retargeting, and prospecting campaign management
• Basic understanding of ROAS, CPA, CTR, and other performance marketing KPIs for e-commerce campaigns
• Comfort with Google Analytics or similar tools for campaign traffic and conversion tracking
• Google Ads certification is a strong advantage; willingness to learn Google Merchant Center and Meta Pixel setup
• Good Tamil and English communication skills for team coordination and client interaction in Coimbatore.
