📌 Key Responsibilities

• Manage and renew vehicle permits, fitness certificates, insurance, and PUC certificates for all fleet vehicles before expiry
• Track compliance calendar and send advance reminders to fleet supervisors for upcoming renewals
• Apply for new vehicle permits, national permits, and all-India tourist permits through the RTO online portal
• Coordinate with insurance agents for fleet insurance renewals and endorsements
• Maintain a comprehensive compliance register covering all vehicle documents with renewal dates
• Liaise with RTO officials, insurance agents, and vehicle dealers for compliance requirements
• Prepare fleet compliance status reports and present to operations management
• Support vehicle purchase or disposal with all required RTO transfer and deregistration processes

🎓 Qualifications and Requirements

• Are you familiar with the process for renewing RTO vehicle permits and fitness certificates?
• Do you have experience managing fleet insurance renewals and coordinating with insurance agents?
• Are you aware of CMVR (Central Motor Vehicles Rules) and Tamil Nadu Motor Vehicles Act requirements?
• Can you manage a compliance calendar to track renewal due dates for multiple vehicles?
• Do you have experience using the Parivahan or RTO online portal for vehicle compliance filings?
• Have you handled all-India tourist permit or national permit applications for commercial vehicles?
• Are you comfortable preparing and presenting compliance status reports to operations management?
• Good Tamil and English communication skills for team coordination and client interaction in Coimbatore.
