📌 Key Responsibilities

• Manage an assigned portfolio of retail bank customers and build long-term relationships to deepen their engagement with the branch.
• Identify cross-sell opportunities across deposits, loans, insurance, and investment products based on customer financial profiles.
• Conduct periodic customer interactions to understand financial needs and recommend suitable products.
• Achieve monthly product penetration and revenue targets set for the personal banking portfolio.
• Ensure timely renewal of deposits, insurance policies, and other time-bound products for portfolio customers.
• Maintain accurate CRM records of customer interactions, preferences, and service requests.
• Resolve escalated customer complaints and coordinate with product teams to provide customised solutions.

🎓 Qualifications and Requirements

• Graduate degree in any discipline from a recognised university.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills.
• Knowledge of retail banking products including deposits, loans, and third-party insurance and investment products.
• Experience in sales or customer relationship roles in banking, insurance, or financial services is preferred.
• Target-oriented mindset with the ability to achieve monthly cross-sell goals.
• Good communication skills in Tamil and English with proficiency in local business etiquette.
• Freshers with a strong aptitude for financial product sales may be considered by some private banks.
• Good Tamil and English communication skills for team coordination and client interaction in Coimbatore.
