📌 Key Responsibilities

• Source personal loan applications from salaried individuals, self-employed professionals, and existing bank customers.
• Assess customer loan eligibility based on income, credit bureau score, and bank internal criteria.
• Collect complete documentation including salary slips, bank statements, identity proof, and address proof.
• Coordinate with the central loan processing unit for credit assessment and ensure timely application processing.
• Achieve monthly personal loan disbursement targets assigned by the retail assets manager.
• Build a referral network through existing customers, corporates, and DSA partnerships to ensure consistent lead flow.
• Provide post-disbursement support and assist customers with EMI-related queries and service requests.

🎓 Qualifications and Requirements

• Graduate in any stream from a recognised university.
• Zero to four years of experience in personal loan sales, consumer lending, or direct financial product sales.
• Understanding of personal loan eligibility norms including CIBIL score requirements and income criteria.
• Good documentation verification skills to check completeness and authenticity of submitted papers.
• Target-driven attitude with the ability to build and manage a lead pipeline consistently.
• Strong communication skills in Tamil and English for customer counselling and corporate employer interactions.
• Freshers with good sales aptitude and a degree in Commerce or Business are considered by several private banks.
• Good Tamil and English communication skills for team coordination and client interaction in Coimbatore.
