• Label and pack samples accurately with patient ID, time of collection, and test details for laboratory dispatch
• Maintain cold chain integrity during sample transport to the partnered laboratory
• Handle paediatric and elderly patients with care to minimise discomfort during sample collection
• Follow strict needle safety, sharps disposal, and infection control protocols at every home visit
• Use the digital sample tracking app to log collection time, patient details, and dispatch status
• Plan daily home visit routes efficiently to minimise travel time across Coimbatore zones
• Communicate sample collection instructions to patients before the visit via phone or message

🎓 Qualifications and Requirements

• Do you hold a Diploma or Certificate in Phlebotomy from a recognised institute?
• Have you performed home or doorstep blood sample collection independently?
• Are you comfortable collecting samples from paediatric, elderly, or difficult vein patients?
• Do you know the cold chain handling requirements for different biological sample types?
• Are you proficient in using a digital sample tracking app or phlebotomy software?
• Are you willing to complete multiple home collection visits across Coimbatore zones each morning?
