- Handle policy surrender, partial withdrawal, and loan-against-policy requests per product guidelines
- Update policy records in the core insurance system accurately and maintain audit trail
- Respond to customer queries on policy status, premium amount, maturity date, and coverage details
- Coordinate with agents and branches for missing documents and policy completion
- Prepare daily servicing MIS reports and escalate unresolved requests to senior team
🎓 Qualifications and Requirements
- Any graduate degree from a recognized university
- 0 - 3 Years of insurance policy servicing or back-office operations experience
- Basic knowledge of life or health insurance policy terms and service procedures
- Proficiency in MS Office and insurance policy management systems
- Good data entry accuracy and ability to manage high-volume servicing requests
- Strong customer communication skills for written and telephone interactions
- Attention to detail for policy document processing and record update accuracy
- Good Tamil and English communication skills for team coordination and client interaction in Coimbatore.
