📌 Key Responsibilities

• Lead technical pre-sales activities for cyber security product and service deals including client discovery sessions, solution demonstrations, and proof of concept delivery.
• Respond to RFP, RFI, and RFQ documents from enterprise clients, crafting technically accurate and commercially compelling proposals in collaboration with sales and delivery teams.
• Conduct client needs assessments to understand security challenges, compliance obligations, and existing tool investments before designing tailored solution recommendations.
• Deliver live demonstrations of cyber security platforms including SIEM, EDR, CSPM, PAM, and managed services to client CISO and IT leadership audiences.
• Design and execute proof of concept (PoC) engagements to demonstrate solution value and differentiate the company's offerings in competitive evaluation processes.
• Develop and maintain solution architecture documents, presentation decks, technical datasheets, and ROI/business case materials supporting the sales cycle.
• Collaborate with product, delivery, and sales teams to ensure that pre-sales commitments are technically achievable, properly scoped, and aligned to company delivery capabilities.

🎓 Qualifications and Requirements

• B.E. or B.Tech in Computer Science or Information Technology with four to ten years of combined security engineering and client-facing technical or pre-sales experience.
• Broad knowledge of the cyber security product and services landscape including SIEM, EDR, PAM, CSPM, SASE, NDR, and managed security service offerings.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver compelling technical demonstrations and PoC engagements that address specific client security challenges across BFSI, IT, and healthcare verticals.
• Experience responding to complex RFP/RFI documents for enterprise security deals with the ability to articulate technical differentiation clearly and competitively.
• Strong commercial awareness including understanding of security budget cycles, ROI articulation, TCO analysis, and competitive positioning in the Coimbatore and South India market.
• Excellent communication and executive presentation skills with the ability to adjust depth and framing for audiences ranging from SOC analysts to CISO and board-level sponsors.
• CISSP, CISM, or vendor-specific certifications (Palo Alto PCNSE, CrowdStrike, Splunk, Microsoft Security) are valuable for establishing technical credibility in pre-sales engagements.
• Good Tamil and English communication skills for team coordination and client interaction in Coimbatore.
