📌 Key Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of high-net-worth individual (HNI) customers assigned to the priority banking segment.
• Conduct regular portfolio review meetings with HNI clients to understand their investment goals and risk profile.
• Recommend a suite of wealth management products including mutual funds, PMS, insurance, bonds, and structured deposits.
• Drive AUM (Assets Under Management) growth by deepening existing relationships and acquiring new HNI customers.
• Ensure customer satisfaction through personalised service, priority access to banking services, and proactive outreach.
• Achieve monthly revenue targets including fee income from third-party product distribution and deposit mobilisation.
• Maintain AMFI/NISM certifications and stay updated on financial market developments relevant to HNI clients.

🎓 Qualifications and Requirements

• Graduate or MBA from a recognised institution; MBA Finance or CFA preferred.
• Three to eight years of experience in private banking, wealth management, or priority banking relationship management.
• Strong understanding of wealth management products including MF, insurance, PMS, bonds, and structured products.
• AMFI/ARN and IRDA certifications are mandatory; NISM certifications are preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to manage HNI portfolios and achieve AUM and revenue targets.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills for engaging affluent clients.
• Knowledge of tax planning, estate planning basics, and portfolio diversification strategies.
• Good Tamil and English communication skills for team coordination and client interaction in Coimbatore.
