📌 Key Responsibilities

• Deliver new hire induction training covering process knowledge, product information, communication skills, and compliance requirements.
• Develop and update training content including presentations, job aids, scripts, and assessment materials for the assigned process.
• Conduct refresher training sessions for existing agents to address knowledge gaps identified through quality audits and performance data.
• Manage training batches including attendance, progress tracking, assessment scores, and readiness certification before floor deployment.
• Coordinate with operations and quality teams to identify recurring errors and design targeted training interventions accordingly.
• Facilitate role-play exercises, call simulations, and live nesting sessions to build agent confidence before full floor launch.
• Maintain training records, certification logs, and batch performance reports as required by client or compliance requirements.

🎓 Qualifications and Requirements

• Graduate degree in any discipline with at least two years of BPO experience, including experience in training or coaching roles.
• Demonstrated ability to design and facilitate training sessions for large batches of new hires in a BPO environment.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills with ability to simplify complex process information for diverse audiences.
• Proficiency in MS PowerPoint for developing engaging training presentations and job aids used during classroom sessions.
• Experience with learning management systems or online training platforms is an advantage for digital training delivery.
• Strong classroom management skills with ability to maintain batch discipline and engagement over multi-week training periods.
• Knowledge of adult learning principles, instructional design basics, and blended training delivery methods is preferred.
• Good Tamil and English communication skills for team coordination and client interaction in Coimbatore.
