📌 Key Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end product roadmap for core e-commerce platform features including search, catalog, cart, checkout, and post-purchase flows
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and competitor analysis to identify friction points and prioritize product improvements
• Write detailed product requirement documents and user stories for engineering and design teams with clear acceptance criteria
• Define success metrics and run A/B tests to measure the impact of product changes on conversion rate, AOV, and repeat purchase
• Collaborate with marketing, operations, and technology teams to align on product launches and feature rollouts
• Analyze funnel data using analytics tools to identify drop-off points and propose data-backed product solutions
• Manage the product backlog, prioritize sprint deliverables, and ensure product delivery aligns with business and commercial goals

🎓 Qualifications and Requirements

• MBA from a reputed institution or B.E./B.Tech with strong product management experience in e-commerce or consumer tech
• 3 - 8 Years of product management experience with at least 2 years managing e-commerce platform or D2C product features
• Deep understanding of e-commerce product flows including search, listing, cart, checkout, and post-order experience
• Proven ability to define metrics, write PRDs, manage backlogs, and deliver features in Agile sprint environments
• Strong data analysis skills using SQL or product analytics tools to measure and improve conversion and retention
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management across engineering, design, marketing, and operations teams
• Bonus: experience with headless commerce, e-commerce A/B testing platforms, or marketplace product management
• Good Tamil and English communication skills for team coordination and client interaction in Coimbatore.
