📌 Key Responsibilities

• Support the production manager and AD team with daily set logistics including equipment transport, location access, and vendor co-ordination
• Distribute call sheets to cast and crew, follow up on confirmations, and update the production manager on any attendance or availability issues
• Assist with petty cash management on set by tracking small expenses, collecting receipts, and reporting to the production accountant
• Co-ordinate with vendors, caterers, and transport providers to ensure timely arrival of materials and services required for each shooting day
• Track equipment lists, rental items, and props between the production office and shooting locations and flag any discrepancies to the department head
• Run production errands between offices, vendors, and shooting locations as directed by the production manager or line producer
• Maintain production files, call sheets, and daily reports in an organised manner for the production office's reference and audit trail

🎓 Qualifications and Requirements

• Graduate in any discipline with a genuine interest in film and OTT production and willingness to work in a fast-paced, irregular-hours environment
• Basic knowledge of Tamil film production workflow including department structure, call sheet formats, and equipment logistics
• Good Tamil and basic English communication skills for co-ordinating with vendors, crew, and production department heads
• Organised and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple simultaneous tasks under production day pressure
• Proficiency with basic office tools including spreadsheets and messaging apps for tracking tasks and updating the production team
• Willingness to travel between office, studio, and outdoor locations in Coimbatore as required by daily production requirements
• Honest, reliable, and capable of handling petty cash and sensitive production documents responsibly
• Good Tamil and English communication skills for team coordination and client interaction in Coimbatore.
