📌 Key Responsibilities

• Design, test, and iterate on prompts for LLM-powered product features to maximise accuracy and reliability
• Implement chain-of-thought, few-shot, and structured output prompting techniques for complex tasks
• Evaluate LLM responses systematically using qualitative rubrics and automated metrics
• Maintain a versioned prompt library with documentation of performance results and iteration history
• Collaborate with product managers and engineers to translate feature requirements into effective prompts
• Identify edge cases, failure modes, and biases in LLM outputs and design mitigations
• Integrate prompts into product workflows via LLM APIs and orchestration frameworks

🎓 Qualifications and Requirements

• B.E. or graduate degree in any field with 0 to 3 years of LLM or AI experience
• Demonstrated ability to design effective prompts for large language models across diverse task types
• Understanding of prompting techniques including zero-shot, few-shot, chain-of-thought, and role prompting
• Familiarity with LLM APIs and orchestration libraries such as LangChain or LlamaIndex
• Strong analytical and writing skills with the ability to evaluate output quality critically
• Basic Python scripting ability for automating prompt testing and evaluation workflows
• Curiosity about LLM behaviour and a systematic approach to experimentation and iteration
• Good Tamil and English communication skills for team coordination and client interaction in Coimbatore.
