📌 Key Responsibilities

• Manage regional P&L covering all stores and area managers within the assigned region
• Set and review area-level targets and hold area sales managers accountable for regional performance
• Lead regional store expansion planning including site selection support and new store launch oversight
• Drive regional vendor negotiations and category management strategies in alignment with corporate direction
• Develop and implement region-specific sales strategies to address local market dynamics
• Build a strong regional leadership pipeline through talent identification and succession planning
• Present regional performance reviews and expansion plans to corporate leadership and board committees

🎓 Qualifications and Requirements

• MBA from a recognised institution, preferably in Retail Management, Operations, or General Management
• Ten to twenty years of retail experience with a minimum of five years in a regional or multi-area leadership role
• Proven track record of managing large regional P&L with multiple area managers reporting in
• Experience with new store expansion, real estate partnerships, and pre-opening store management
• Strategic thinking ability combined with operational discipline in a high-growth retail environment
• Strong stakeholder management skills for engaging corporate leadership and external vendors
• Willingness to travel across the region and occasionally to corporate headquarters for planning reviews
• Good Tamil and English communication skills for team coordination and client interaction in Coimbatore.
