• Drive CASA (Current Account and Savings Account) mobilisation and achieve monthly targets for new account acquisition.
• Cross-sell a full suite of retail banking products including home loans, personal loans, insurance, and mutual funds.
• Conduct regular portfolio reviews to identify at-risk customers and take proactive retention measures.
• Coordinate with product specialists to deliver customised financial solutions to high-value retail customers.
• Maintain detailed CRM records for all portfolio accounts and ensure data accuracy and compliance with bank policies.
• Achieve quarterly business targets for revenue generation, product penetration, and portfolio growth.

🎓 Qualifications and Requirements

• Graduate in any discipline or MBA from a recognised institution.
• One to five years of experience in retail banking relationship management or financial product sales.
• In-depth knowledge of retail banking products including deposits, loans, insurance, and investment products.
• Proven track record of achieving CASA and product cross-sell targets.
• Strong analytical skills to assess customer profiles and recommend suitable banking solutions.
• Good communication and negotiation skills in Tamil and English.
• Proficiency in CRM tools and core banking system navigation.
• Good Tamil and English communication skills for team coordination and client interaction in Coimbatore.
