📌 Key Responsibilities

• Manage all operational aspects of the hotel restaurant including staffing, service quality, guest satisfaction, and revenue.
• Prepare and manage the restaurant's revenue budget, food cost percentage, and labour cost targets.
• Recruit, train, schedule, and evaluate the restaurant team to maintain consistent service and performance standards.
• Analyse cover counts, average check, and revenue per seat to identify opportunities for menu and pricing improvements.
• Maintain brand SOPs for table setup, service sequence, menu presentation, and guest interaction standards.
• Handle escalated guest complaints, review guest feedback platforms, and implement service improvement actions.
• Coordinate with the kitchen team on menu engineering, portion control, new menu launches, and seasonal promotions.

🎓 Qualifications and Requirements

• Hotel Management degree (BHM/BHMCT) from an IHM-affiliated or recognised university.
• 5 to 12 years of progressive F&B experience with at least 2 to 3 years in a restaurant management role.
• Strong knowledge of restaurant P&L management, food costing, and beverage cost control.
• Demonstrated leadership capability in building and managing high-performing F&B service teams.
• Understanding of revenue management metrics for F&B including cover count, ADR, and average check.
• Excellent English communication for guest interaction, management reporting, and team leadership.
• FSSAI compliance knowledge and understanding of food safety standards applicable to hotel restaurants.
• Good Tamil and English communication skills for team coordination and client interaction in Coimbatore.
