📌 Key Responsibilities

• Assist customers on the sales floor to identify products matching their needs and preferences
• Maintain assigned floor section in clean and well-stocked condition throughout the shift
• Support POS billing counters during peak hours to reduce customer wait times
• Implement promotional display setups and communicate active offers to customers
• Achieve daily and weekly individual sales targets set by floor supervisors
• Report low-stock situations to inventory team promptly to avoid out-of-shelf instances
• Participate in weekly team briefings and product knowledge training sessions

🎓 Qualifications and Requirements

• 10th or 12th pass from a recognised board
• Basic spoken Tamil and conversational English for customer interaction
• Willingness to work rotational shifts including weekends and public holidays
• Physical stamina to stand and walk on the sales floor for extended periods
• Familiarity with product categories such as grocery, FMCG, or general merchandise
• Basic understanding of promotional pricing and discount structures
• Freshers with strong interpersonal skills are eligible to apply
• Good Tamil and English communication skills for team coordination and client interaction in Coimbatore.
