📌 Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement dynamic pricing strategies to maximise room revenue, occupancy, and RevPAR.
• Manage rate parity across all OTA channels (MakeMyTrip, Booking.com, Expedia, Agoda) and direct booking platforms.
• Analyse STR reports, market demand data, and competitive rate intelligence to inform pricing decisions.
• Operate the hotel's revenue management system (RMS) or channel manager for real-time inventory and rate updates.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly revenue forecasts and variance analysis reports for the General Manager.
• Work with the sales team to develop corporate rate structures, group pricing, and negotiated accounts strategy.
• Evaluate market segmentation performance and recommend inventory allocation strategies for different booking channels.

🎓 Qualifications and Requirements

• Hotel Management degree (BHM/BHMCT) from an IHM-affiliated or recognised university.
• 5 to 12 years of hotel experience with at least 3 years in revenue management, front office management, or night audit roles.
• Advanced proficiency in revenue management systems (RMS), channel managers, and OTA extranets.
• Strong analytical and data interpretation skills for STR report analysis and revenue forecasting.
• Knowledge of GDS platforms, CRS systems, and direct booking channel optimisation techniques.
• CRME (Certified Revenue Management Executive) certification or equivalent revenue management training is an advantage.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for revenue modelling, rate analysis, and forecast reporting.
• Good Tamil and English communication skills for team coordination and client interaction in Coimbatore.
