- Identify dormant distributors and implement channel activation plans to restart SIP and lump sum flows
- Conduct regular portfolio review meetings with distributors and help them present suitable schemes to their investor clients
- Drive net new SIP registrations and AUM addition targets through consistent distributor engagement
- Train distributor teams on new scheme launches, market updates, and AMC product positioning
- Escalate and resolve operational and investor service issues on behalf of distributors through internal AMC channels
- Prepare weekly sales and AUM pipeline reports for the zonal sales manager
