📌 Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the entire rooms division comprising front office, housekeeping, concierge, and reservations departments.
• Develop and execute strategies to maximise room occupancy, ADR, RevPAR, and overall rooms revenue.
• Oversee guest satisfaction scores across rooms division touchpoints and implement improvement strategies.
• Build, develop, and succession-plan leadership teams within front office and housekeeping departments.
• Prepare and manage the rooms division annual budget including labour, operating costs, and capital expenditure.
• Conduct departmental audits, quality inspections, and brand compliance reviews for rooms division outlets.
• Support the General Manager in overall hotel operations and represent the hotel in the GM's absence.

🎓 Qualifications and Requirements

• Hotel Management degree (BHM/BHMCT) from an IHM-affiliated or recognised university.
• 10 to 20 years of progressive rooms division experience with at least 3 years as Front Office Manager or Executive Housekeeper.
• Comprehensive knowledge of rooms division operations including front office, housekeeping, concierge, and reservations.
• Strong revenue management fundamentals with a track record in improving RevPAR and guest satisfaction scores.
• Proven leadership capability in building and developing senior management teams within hotel operations.
• Advanced knowledge of hotel PMS, channel management, and revenue management system integration.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills for senior hotel leadership.
• Good Tamil and English communication skills for team coordination and client interaction in Coimbatore.
